Lula was championed for not being Bolsonaro, Magyar is championed for not being Orban. As long as the next owner of russia is not putin, stops the war and returns to the status quo of mostly terrorizing their own people - everyone will restore relations with them as if everything is perfect. It would take much less effort for the likes of US.
