        Both hands? I’ve seen a double arm amputee riding a vespa with no hands. At all. Just no hands. They weren’t on their phone but it was inspiring to see.

      I once witnessed someone on a softail (big harley) riding down the interstate trying to hold a phone to her ear. I could hear her bike over my bike from inside my helmet so I don’t know how she could hear.
