not OP, but looks like Cuzco, Peru. the poster is about the “Centro Numismático” which last year celebrated their 7th anniversary, as the poster claims
Interesting how they vaguely use the traditional, exquisitely-cut border stones to hold up the load-walls, then stucco right over. (unless exposed)
