Don’t get me wrong tattoos are great I have seen very neat ones. But I have also seen people who can barely afford anything or just down on their luck get a tattoo? Where are the priorities at?

Hell if you don’t mind risking infection, you can find people who’ll ink you up for free or you can do it yourself for the cost of a pin needle and a BIC pen.
