    Sear cubed beef bits Add red wine to deglaze beef searing bits Put cubed beef & deglazed debris into a roasting pan with red wine Add a sachet of herbs ( rosemary, thyme & black pepper corns) Add 3 tablespoons salted butter Roast at 400 for 1.5 hrs Serve over egg noodles This is crucial. It has to be egg noodles.
