An example of how difficult it will be to not only rule but to stay in power: the budget council, packed with 3 Fidesz loyalists for at least the next 4 years, can veto any government budget for whatever reason. If the government is unable to pass a budget, the president (also a Fidesz loyalist) can call snap elections. Both can only be changed with a super majority.
