Perhaps trainers who were fond of a particular type would all rally around one remarkably skilled figurehead. A leader, if you will.
They might, one supposes, form organizations in which they all trained together in specialized facilities for the promotion of their interests. What would they call such a training area? Well, to pull a word out at random, why not a gymnasium? Considering that facilities of that name are already used for training human bodies.
To continue down this road of totally arbitrary supposition, I’d imagine any particular region could support 8 of them. Not sure where I got that number, just pulling it out of nowhere.
