Surprisingly good. The cola paired well with the stout beer and the sugar helped otherwise sweeten it up for drinking.
Add a shot of dark rum (I chose Bacardi Black) to make it a Big Black Peness or swap out the basic Nitro for a Nitro Vanilla Pepsi for a Big White Peness

I had the same thought initially. Then remembered how alcohol had a low molecular density
That’s a reasonable assumption, but this is also how a black and tan (or “half and half,” in Ireland) is made: layer Guinness or a different stout beer on top of a pale one.
Ooh ok I’ve never seen that before. I don’t really drink much beer lol.
The Guinness has a bunch of tiny, light nitrogen bubbles that allow it to sit on top of CO2 bubbles.
