So today I’m taking out my fidget toy to work (neatly hidden away in my pocket) and so far I do have to say it helps. Every now and then I click the buttons and it shuts my mind up for a few seconds during which I can refocus.
It’s strangely soothing. It also does give me a headache when I do it too much.
What are your findings?


Bighting off pieces of the inside of my cheeck.
In stressful times my body decides to do that at night (because I clench my blanket and press it into my cheek then). Glad that’s not very common anymore.
