Can my children claim it as their ancestral house, even while you are still standing on the street asking to please have your home returned? What if I shoot you in front of your wife and children? Will it then be my ancestral home, in which I’ve lived for generations? Or should the home be given back to your wife and your kids who lived in it before I kicked you out?
