    Ive been having a shit time at work to the point that I am completely demotivated to do it at all.

    But the more I leave it, the worse I feel (especially in my free time), and the worse the blowback.

    So I motivate myself with smaller tasks, and the success of those motivate me towards the larger ones, and slowly I chip away it.

    The needle moves forwards, inches at a time, and that seems to help me feel normal
