I was skeptical of it all until all the new light that the Epstein files shed on Trump’s involvement. Now it seems pretty likely that Russia was privy to that info too, including info that hasn’t been released publicly.
Maybe it could make a difference internationally; other nations don’t seem to have that much of a problem dealing with fascism, but might have a harder time justifying dealing with pedos.
I don’t think Putin has any dirt on Trump. I think Trump is just desperate for Putin’s approval.

But it’s not like the blackmail material would matter. Trump knows he won’t suffer any consequences whatsoever for his involvement.

Look at how he clams up and attacks anyone who asks him about it.
He can’t even just lie and say there’s nothing there, he has to go on the offensive.
