i would fear more for cuba in such a situation; venezuela shows what happens when the us empire’s soft powered leverage is useless and it would have gone further if the vice president of venezuela were as staunchly socialist as maduro and chavez are/were.
Thats true but is Cuba even susceptible to americas soft power as it stands now?
trade is the last soft power lever at their disposal like it was in venezuela.
