No way man. Having dry skin in the cold is way easier to tolerate than damp skin. When I come out of the gym covered in sweat and it’s -20 outside it’s 10 times worse than when I go in.
This meme makes no sense. Dry cold is worse than humid cold.
Edit: I mean the air, not your body or clothes. Wind chill is so much worse in dry air.

I don’t mean your clothes or your body, I mean the humidity. Wind chill is so much worse when the air is dry.
