Russia was banned from SWIFT but Israel wasn’t so I don’t trust it. We need something without American influence.
You think Israel has no influence in Europe? TARGET or SWIFT doesn’t make a difference.
Israel has no influence in China. So CIPS would be better choice.
I’d go any day with something controlled by the ECB instead of the CCP.
And don’t have any special antipathy vs the Chinese.
The EU was quick to sanction Russia but when America attacked Venezuela, they are “closely monitoring”. No sanctions for Israel either.
I wouldn’t be comfortable with this hypocrisy in an ideal world.
