Real talk now, it’s not exactly an official thing everywhere, but where I’m from, if you see shoes hanging off the power lines, that means drug dealers are around the area…
Where I’m from it just means there are dumb kids/teenagers in the area.
Observe closer, it usually means the local dealers just re-upped…
Don’t ask, I’ve been out of that scene for over a decade.
I doubt that emperor Constantine is a drug dealer. But times are hard for monarchy, so anything is possible…
