I’ve heard lots of soldiers are traumatized by having to kill. WW2 has seen bloody battles where many soldiers never actually fired a rifle. It’s hard for a healthy, well adjusted human to kill another human being, and it’s supposed to be. It sucks that war forces us to go against this nature.
