Oh, sorry. Taken in Dinokeng, South Africa. Close to my house.
It is a Flap Necked Chameleon (Chamaeleo dilepis)
We see the common one every once in awhile, first time I see dilepis though.
In my country, we have a saying “Cash, grass, or ass. No one rides for free.” So I guess this little critter has made a decision and is making an offer.
