Laptop Suggestion - highest “Quality × Performance / Price” - 2025-11

What’s the laptop right now with the best “Quality × Performance / Price” ratio? I want to make sure every dollar I spend is worth it.

My budget is around $2,000 ± $500.
I’m fine upgrading the hardware myself
don’t need Windows preinstalled if that saves me money
at least 32GB of RAM.
Size: any
Screen: any

Basically, I’m looking for a high-performance, high-quality gaming laptop that worth its money.

I have take a look at it recently, really great work framework did, but it really is not high Quality × Performance / Price
