Some days you’re April, some days you’re the knife.
Depression nap = I work 12 to 16 hours a day.
Anxiety = If I can’t make rent, there are no safety nets and I will end up on the streets.
Unhealthy coping Mechanisms = Affordable coping mechanisms.
Social isolation = what adult has time to make friends? Even if I did, there’s dodging the minefield of fascists in my country.
My mental health is not the issue, and I’m tired of pretending it is.
