What about people who say
“You’ll never guess what happened at work today?”
So you respond with
“What?”
Then they repeat the question
It’s best to respond with something absurd and physically impossible, like “gravity paused and everybody just floated for a second?”
Well you didn’t guess…
If I replied with
“You got sacked for gross misconduct?”
They’d say
“What?”
Full circle I guess
I don’t think that’s full circle because you’d just repeat your last statement in that hypothetical
