Many of the 90 bodies of Palestinians returned to Gaza by Israeli authorities under the ceasefire deal showed signs of torture and execution, including blindfolds, cuffed hands and bullet wounds in the head, according to doctors’ accounts.
“Almost all of them had been blindfolded, and had been bound up and they had gunshots between the eyes. Almost all of them had been executed,” said Dr Ahmed al-Farra, the head of Nasser hospital’s paediatric department.
Aren’t they both torturing and killing each other?
Iirc they’ve both done their best to finish the Geneva checklist. It’s a matter of scale and capability.
It is Israel who signed the geneva and genocide convension
And they’re assholes for ripping it up, but just because Hamas aren’t signatories, doesn’t make it gentlemanly of them to do the same thing only because they didn’t sign it. Human rights and dignity aren’t something that should be sworn to.

You don’t get to casually claim Hamas is doing the same thing as Israel. You have zero credibility and you sound like a Nazi both siding the Holocaust.
I’ve never heard about Hamas torturing Israeli prisoners. There are videos from the last 2 days showing the differences between prisoners from both sides being released. The ones released by Hamas et al look happy and healthy, while the ones released by Israel look traumatized and half dead.
If the world governments treated the isreali government the same as they treat hamas i would be overjoyed.
Unfortunately, they do not. Isreal gets to act absolutely inhumane with no consequence.
