Such poetry.
So if you try to access a website using this technology via terminal, what happens? The connection fails?
I think voting on amendments and having run-offs is great. Wish we had that here.
I use it on desktop when I’m trying to rephrase something I’ve written to make my meaning more clear or improve the flow.
It was. Sad that Reddit removed their subreddit with all its info, but I guess not surprising.
I’ve seen BLT pizza, which sounds similar. I didn’t know salad pizza was a thing. It sounds like it might be really good or really bad depending on the freshness of the ingredients and the balance of softness to crispiness.
Never thought about potatoes on pizza, but potatoes are good in anything IMO.
Maybe I didn’t understand what you meant. Can you explain the connection you see between Nazis and the instance name?
Reddthat isn’t a Nazi instance, wtf.
Online discussions may only lead to small changes in a few people’s lives, but small changes can add up. In an interdependent world, any subtle change can have wide-ranging consequences.
In my experience, many people who don’t like or want kids choose to have them for other reasons: family pressure, trying to improve a romantic relationship, feeling like it’s the next step in life, etc. The children born as a result spend the rest of their lives with parents who don’t or can’t meet their emotional and/or physical needs. To me, that’s deeply morally wrong.
I don’t have kids because I’ve never especially liked them, and I think it’s morally wrong to have kids if you don’t like or want them.
Maybe start using tor or i2p. You can use Lemmy over tor, for sure.
At a professional office in the American South, I wouldn’t drink alcohol for lunch, but if a coworker brought some into the office, I’d have some.
This is a frequent source of frustration for me, too. Can’t even tell if it’s cli or gui a lot of the time, based on the documentation. If I could just see what it looks like, I’d have a good idea right away of whether it might meet my needs.
My hate comes from wanting it to work like LView Pro. There’s no Linux image manipulation program that comes close to meeting the standard they set in 2001.
Ohh, now I get it.
