Only if it’s the general populous that does it. I.E. only done by civilians. I’ll never be pro government sanctioned killings. Ideally, the government falls and we all just learn how to make do and live in peace with one another, but that’s an idyllic fantasy.

The language she uses is why I despise the evangelical movement. It deigns us powerful and that leads to abuse of that power and supercilious arrogance that you are forever justified. No wonder the western christian church thinks their defecation smells of roses.

Death is the only thing that unites the human race. We will all die, someday. It’s beautiful to see shared grief. The pain of endless decades, over a half century, of occupation. The pain of innocent Israelis killed by their own country over 20 years. Because the Hannibal directive isn’t the only time Israel kills it’s own people. There is so much grief that it’s saddening to see an event like this and see people measuring grief. If you lost your mother and I lost my mother and father, would I not still weep over your mother? Don’t let pain divide us further. The innocent people of both countries who don’t want violence are victims. Those who desire violence, deserve to die by the sword.

When you see human lives as expendable, war becomes something as trivial as chess.
This callousness is saddening to see, continually. I’m exhausted. But I won’t let them win.
For that reason I say, I saw a little baby bee taking a face bath in my wildflower garden today. And an opossum came out from under my gazebo to say hi. These are the things to focus on. Yes, yes.

Umm, are we glossing over the settler attacks?

I totally get that. NPR has been painfully centrist, as a close friend and I describe, for quite some time. Hell, Sen. Johnson comes on every week to rant about liberals. But the gold is not their political coverage. The gold is shear dearth of knowledge they bring to people. I have learned so much, through public radio. So, I wanted you to at least know, there’s more to them, than just politics. I’m sure you do, but it can’t ever hurt, if it helps someone learn something new. Blessings unto you and your family.
Billy Graham died with a fortune. They are one and the same, friend.
