My favorite is irregardless, having an identical meaning to “regardless”, just because linguistics nerds get so tilted by it.

Funner follow-up: this definition is correct and true to the original usage of “factoid”, however, the alternative definition meaning “a small or minor fact” has been used often enough that it’s generally accepted, and appears in several dictionaries. Ain’t English grand!?

This was happening a lot yesterday but I eventually got through to opt my machine in.
As a relatively new X1C owner and a noob to the hobby, thank you for sharing this. I installed it a few hours ago and it seems to be working basically just as good as bambu’s firmware as far as I can tell.
I’m going to be going with X1Plus and OrcaSlicer from here on out, because this shit from bambu lab ain’t cool.
I just got done reading about the benchy controversy and now I see that someone turned out an alternative model less than 24h ago with a master class troll of a name. What an absolute legend.
Use? Absolutely not. Manufacture and stockpile? Absolutely. The sad state of world affairs at the moment seems to be that this is the one and only guaranteed deterrent.
Other governors very well may be involved and we don’t know it yet. In the article, it says they asked Pritzger who else he’s in talks with and he said that not everyone wants to be publicly named yet.
Governors Safeguarding Democracy
GSD
Get Shit Done
Nice acronym.

At the very least the man is skilled at pretending to be someone he’s not. That’s about all he’s got going for him.
Same. It’s not even a sexual thing, I just have a shy bladder and physically cannot make myself go if I can feel someone else’s presence nearby, even if it’s not a stranger.
These aren’t meant to be secretive killings, the signature is the message
Sure, but would it kill them to spice things up every once in a while?
Unfortunately if I name this person there’s a good likelihood this discussion gets removed since the rules prohibit calling out bad faith actors, even the painstakingly obvious ones. So I’ll leave you with this: you needn’t look far to find that which you seek.
Hmm… I wonder why a certain user who’s been posting non-stop about third-party candidates for the entire lifespan of their account chose to ignore this particular article. One would assume it’s important for the voting public to know about this, no?
You’re not wrong, but a part of me can’t help but think some other bombshell is going to drop soon. If someone (or multiple someones) had enough shares to move the price in a way that resulted in a trading halt, in my mind they’re more likely insiders. Assuming that people in his orbit would 100% engage in insider trading, I’m thinking they know something that’s not public information yet.
Came here to say this. Dude routinely misgenders and deadnames his daughter and claims that she died from “the woke mind virus”, then he turns around and tries to pull this shit.
This is basically what I’ve been telling people for years. Prototype in Python to get the concepts down, then when you’re serious about the project, write it in a serious language.
Yep, definitely situational depending on your risk model/tolerance; pretty cool idea nonetheless.
This seems like a cool idea, but also somewhat questionable from a security standpoint? Isn’t distributing the encrypted content alongside the means to decrypt it (i.e. bundling this all in one file which is sent to the client) essentially equivalent to providing physical access to an encrypted drive? Like an attacker with enough time and effort could bypass the encryption.
I mean… the article says the seller was located in China and using a pseudonym to communicate over Telegram and accepting payments in cryptocurrency. All to ship precursor chemicals in packages disguised as electronics. I wouldn’t exactly be surprised if the seller didn’t have a return policy.
Might’ve been this one? I just searched for “Precise electric screwdriver” and found one that closely matches your picture.
