So in England and Australia, does “Labour” mean fascist?

Holy crap, I thought I was the only one.
This right here. I don’t know why, but Telemann got me through university… well, Telemann and Dexedrine.
That is awful. I hope you can find relief somewhere.
I’ve been lucky and the drugs are a godsend for me, despite having the gene that makes me hyper metabolize stimulants (which basically means they don’t last long enough in my system).
It is seriously under-appreciated how awful this disorder is in the modern world - especially if you are not of the wealthier classes.

Does no one see the irony of a negative post complaining about negativity?
Dexedrine got me through university, though with some issues.
Obviously, like all the big stimulants, sleep can be an issue.
Exercise was a problem - the revving of the cardiovascular system by the drug was heightened during exercise and not a nice feeling at all.
Your body builds up a tolerance to it, so regular ‘vacations’ from it may be needed to counter that.
It was 20 years ago when I took it, and was covered by a drug plan that only had a $0.35 payment at the pharmacy, so don’t know about the costs. It’s a really old drug, dating back to the late 1800s, so it seems like it shouldn’t be that expensive, but then I’m not a greedy pharmaceutical company, so what do I know.
Okay, I figured it out. It goes onto the filament spool holder. Weird.
I’ve seen suggestions of a link between ADHD and restless leg syndrome in the past, but that was many years ago. Checking Wikipedia’s RLS page now it states up to 44% of people with ADHD also have RLS.
I did have issues with it as a child, but was able to get it under control in early adulthood. Although around the same period I also started on Strattera and anti-anxiety medications - so maybe that helped sort it out.
I noticed it says placebos to be very effective, maybe you can get some of those OTC 😆
