I am convinced that polling is completely broken. There’s no methodology that works anymore because scam callers have basically destroyed telephones as an information-gathering resource and online polling is very easily compromised.

I think this warrants additional investigation. I am unfamiliar with Lisa Voldang so I don’t know how to evaluate the veracity of the material.

Mine is the rotator cuff - and I already had arthritis in that shoulder so now I am a human barometer. Fun party trick. I am punished for not doing my dailies but I do different stuff every other day. I suspect I will never regain full mobility in that shoulder - and it’s my dominant arm too. Wear and tear, I guess.
