This is what one of our cats would look like except we put her on a diet first. Poor kitty has to hurt jumping down, walking etc. not to mention diabetes.

Time usually helps. I’ve introduced a fair number of cats to each other through the years and while some didn’t become best buddies they would adapt in time.

Though we always fed them separately as we had a long lived fat cat who was on a perpetual diet. I think removing food stuff helped, but if there is always food out it’s usually not as big an issue. We couldn’t do that because the fat cat would just gorge then.

That cat knows that only the true voids can absorb all the suns rays as the bask due to their connection with the cat gods of old. My medicinal brownies may be working extra hard today.

My brother had a kitty with thumbs that was almost as cute as your Buddy. Her name was Tasha Yar, and she rode coast to coast with him in a haul when he separated from service. Not quite a starship, but she seemed pleased in the photos sitting in the passenger seat in her bed.
