But did you know that some communities will argue against changes to the flood maps that would show them as being in a flood prone area? Is it the nearly flat roof that makes you say that? It looks like maybe 4 inch rise across eight feet, so a 1:24 pitch. “Roof felt” was the only roof covering I saw. Oh and they lined up all the siding seams which probably isn’t great.
