Frankly, in this case I believe both sides… there clearly was instigation from Israeli hooligans and a strangely organized extreme response from muslim side.
But all in all it was a bit …suspicious… how fast both the media and Israeli government (even uncle Bibi) threw the word pogrom about.
What is lacking is anyone daring to make a fist and slam it on the table with the proclamation: “Enough of these transgressions! We stop them, prosecute and punish all of it now!”
But this had to have happened immediately in 2021, not the feet dragging and allowing court dates to shift 'till a few months before the election.
I refuse to believe that in case of clear criminal acts against the country of america the judiciary process can not be expedited and court calendars not be cleared for full convictions within a year.
I guess it’s also part of why Trump was elected, he promised the common folk to be the one that slams his fist on the table in their name, alas he was hiding that it was purely for his own benefit.
In a way I am now settled with the thought that the US now gets what it deserves… Alas the downside is that the US ego will fling all that stinky business far out into the world and everyone is stuck with the effects that they did not choose.
All in all, it is a good bet Trump’s presidency will expedite the downfall of the hegemony of US power and influence in the world, china and russia are rising up to lay their claim now.
Frankly if the US starts playing the petulant child I can see the EU make their own version of NATO and keep the us-tantrum version as a side hustle for them to ignore at will. The new version might be smaller in scope, but places/bases far beyond the EU borders would not matter much anymore.
Also, the whole NATO treaty is linked to cable and transmission espionage … If NATO breaks apart, no more spy data going to the US …
When push comes to shove and Trump flings tariffs at the EU it’ll be because he already tanked the US economy with tariffs on “chaina” and needs a new scapegoat. And he hopes new tariffs on a different target will keep the finances afloat, refusing to see his tariffs hurt his own companies not other countries.
Perhaps part of the US wakes up when things they buy now suddenly will cost double or triple the amount in 3 years time.
On the other hand, the excuse will be a perpetual state of war aggainst ever differing enemies and that will make it easier to swallow the doubled consumer prices.
Perhaps he’ll join his master Putin in attacking the ever evil EU.

It reads to me like you have router 1 and 2 on router 1’s network but your pc is on router 2’s “internal” network… which must not be in the same 192.168.1.x range as is router 1’s network.
Put router 1 under 192.168.2.x range Then Then Router 2 with 192.168.1.x adressing should work still, and the pc should be able to talk to the router-1 network.

The thing is though it is not only now that the US was perceived as weak, it started during Trump’s time in power. The way Trump plainly kissed Putins feet in deep adoration, and utterly discredited his own forces any way he could, set the tone for the 12 years to follow… Trump being the loser he is only knows to blame others and the way he puts Biden in the spotlight as inept is not doing the US’ reputation any good.
Back then the international “politicians” could see that not only Trump’s 4 years were weak, but Bidens term and the next 4 years after that will be of the same mess with either the republicans destroying Democracy or throwing tantrums and blocking all legislation, regardless who wins the US finds itself in a gridlock of indecisiveness and infighting. (And it’s quite clear it’s all orchestrated by Putin himself … time and time again there’s evidence of strong Russian influence in the US politics and the republicans brush it aside and block investigations with a sheepish smile)
That makes it 12(!!) full years of the US rapidly losing status and power on the world stage.
All in all, Putin knew the US was so predictably incompetent that he could calculate to have 6 years at minimum to wreack as much havoc in Ukraine as he wishes… and we’re only in year 2 of his meat grinder.
I’d say the thought is that if Hungary falls out of the EU it will eventually become a vassal state to Putin. This would create a horrid mess greater than keeping it in the EU and trying to coax the Hungarian government more towards European values.
