As Americans we have no choice in the matter. We’re forced to power the empire like the human batteries in The Matrix in order to survive. And just like in the movie, we’re born into a prison that we can’t smell or taste or touch. We truly are the most propagandized people in history.

Between Fetterman, Gabbard and Sinema, I think the DNC is intentionally pushing candidates like them knowing they’ll eventually flip. They’re laughing all the way to the bank while we argue over how to put them back in power. They have us right where they want us. It seems like the thing they do best, even more so than losing and governing ineffectively when they win, is the bait and switch.

I’m just struggling to survive emotionally and financially while my country burns. I can barely keep up with the firehose of shit, much less do anything about it. And you know, the No Kings protests were the largest in U.S history so that should count for something. We’re not meekly taking it, the midterms will be a very strong repudiation of this regime. They never had a mandate.

I just hope they automatically give former residents citizenship. I’m stranded out in the badlands for now.
