Still riding my free google workspace account for personal domains.
If I had to move I would look into a paid Microsoft account.
I also looked at zoho because of how cheep it was, and Synology for self-hosted. I ruled out the Synology because self hosting sucks and zoho because anti-spam is hard.
MS dropped their low cost option for custom domains so I’d look around again. Proton would be on the list of their spam filter is decent and mobile support works well.
