    ESL here.
    Do you mean “(stop eating well) (before bed)” or “(stop eating) (well before bed)”?
    Actually, I’m not sure one of these options would even have the correct syntax.

      Great question. Do not eat before bedtime. So your second one: (stop eating) (well before bed).

      As the others said, “well before” meaning " a long time before". General advice is to restrict your eating times to a 10 hour window and fast the remaining 14 hours, so breakfast at 9am means you must eat dinner by 7pm
