@nostupidquestions instead of asking, “what tasks l have for the day ?” , is it better to ask, “What do l feel like doing now ?”

Then rephrase to “I HAVE to do something, what do I feel like doing?”
I mean, the answer is still nothing, but at least I’ll feel more compelled to choose.
I just need to make a chore dart board…
