Help using a page turner on Kobo Libra Colour

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I will keep this short:

I have a Kobo Libra Colour with the software version 5.15.245253 (e19bae193b 26/2/26) and though I can connect the Free 2 page turner, it doesn’t work. It does work on my father’s Kobo Clara BW (upgraded to the latest version).

Anyone knows why? What can I do to fix it?

Done and done, even factory reset. But nothing :(

  Any chance that remote in particular just isn’t compatible with your model maybe?

    Several reviews said it worked in the KLC… I think I’ll return the remote
