    I’ve heard Mexico’s new security minister described as a “rockstar”, and…I think that sounds accurate.

    Dude is on a generational cartel leadership decapitation run.

    Now, historically, that is how you get escalating gang violence, or consolidation around the CIA’s preferred cartel…so let’s see how this all shakes out.
