As an American myself, I’ve asked several people this question. No one seems to know why either. Is it strategic position in the world? I don’t think they have anything the US can exploit besides that really. Am I missing something? Political arguing aside what exactly is the motivation? Thanks for any explanations.
How much did the palestinians get at San Remo,, where the national home of Jewish people was established? That’s right, they were not represented. Or who sent the Balfour declaration to Lord Rothschild, which was the first declaration of establishing a Jewish nation in Palestine. The foreign secretary of Britain sent it, palestinians didn’t have a say. But you’re not wrong to say some land was bought. The Haavara agreement allowed German Jews to transfer money to the region to solve the Jewish problem. The palestinians however didn’t have a say in this agremeement either. All this actually led to the Great Revolt. But none of this should be news to you if you know the history.
