The opioid crisis was bad enough before fent hit the streets in it. This is a known thing, totally unrelated to the stupid “they put razor blades in my marijuanas”

So that means xylazine is “frequently” being mixed in and it even has its own name “tranq?”
Tranq is short for tranquilizer.
There are lots of names for this.
