Knelt down to fasten my gumboots today before work and noticed they’ve started to crack around the base of my big toes, which sucks since I’ve only used them about 30 times. Might do a warranty claim but also want to extend the life of these as much as I can. Does anyone have any suggestions?

And on the interior. I patched many pairs of waders and just an exterior patching will wear out.
*If its an honest leaking crack then your best bet it to make the seal meet on either side.
As I was thinking about this, yes inside and out. I’ve got some snow pacs I’ve repaired this way. I bought them in the late 80s, and they are still going strong.
