I honestly think there’s a really good chance they probably used their privacy violating thermal cameras to scan the crowd and find somebody who was armed. Then they decided to target Alex Pretti (maybe because he was already standing in a fairly isolated area or maybe they lured him there, no idea) and get him involved in the situation with the bystanders they originally seemed to be targeting by herding them towards him. They acted overly aggressive with the two women and when he tried to help them they suddenly seemed to forget all about them and all swarmed Pretti at once before disarming and murdering him.
To be clear, I’m not saying he was in the wrong in any way for being armed. I’m saying the Trump administration is intentionally agitating then targeting and murdering Americans for exercising their rights.
Also, completely unrelated, but fuck Kyle Rittenhouse.

I haven’t really heard much about this situation. I’ve seen some videos and it seems incredibly sketch at the very least. It doesn’t appear that he did anything wrong and he was within his rights to be there and was carrying lawfully.
However that being said… You’re perfectly within your rights to confront an angry bull that’s rampaging through your living room; but when you get gored people will ask why you put yourself in that situation.
There are no innocents in this situation. Both sides are making bad choice and escalating at every chance they get. Trump could have pulled ICE out and levied sanctions on Minnesota. Waltz could have told everyone to go home, that the fight is not on the streets. ICE could have chose to not shoot. Good could have not obstructed. No one here is making good choices because backing down in the heat of the moment is construed as weakness.
Everyone needs cooling down, if mother was in charge everyone would be getting a spanking.

Quick question, who was in the wrong on January 6th, 2021?
Second question, if ISIS came into your town and started killing your neighbors, would you be encouraging everybody to just lay low? If somebody was murdered for filming ISIS while they terrorized your town and refused to leave would you ask why they put themselves in that situation?
Third question, how do you feel about government use of thermal cameras to preemptively scan and target people for concealed weapons? Especially when the person is disarmed and then murdered after being disarmed.
I feel like this should be a really easy question to answer. Like if a bull was using some kind of invasive tech that allowed him to select victims for goring by identifying the ones he could claim after goring that he had to gore them in self defense.

Wow, what is this? You checking my papers to see if you’re allowed to continue the conversation?
Who was wrong, Trump, DC police, capital police, the protestors that went passed the barriers, certainly every protestor that agressed towards police; and following that, the Biden administration for the way they handled 95% of the prosecution against said protestors.

I don’t think the analogy works. ISIS isn’t a legitimate federal law enforcement agency enforcing federal law. If my neighbor went to Iran and got shot by ISIS while protesting, I would think he’s an absolute idiot; but at the same time I would wish it hadn’t happened. If my neighbor illegally entered Iran or overstayed a visa and was rounded up by ISIS and then imprisoned before being deported; I would also think, wow what an absolite idiot, I wish he hadn’t done that; but that’s a very normal occurance for immigration crime worldwide.

ICEis not enforcing any legitimate federal law.
However, the fact that ICEis a federal agency unlike their cousin ISIS, is reason enough to encourage all protestors to remain nonviolent. Which protestors have continued to do even while ICEis murdering citizens for doing nothing but expressing their first amendment. This is also why I asked my first question (trust me, I’m not in the habit of asking people to show their papers, unlike ICEis)
If you supported people protesting on Jan. 6th before they stormed the barriers, why do you think people protesting in Minnesota are in the wrong?
Also, how do you feel about the use of thermal cameras to scan and preemptively target individuals carrying concealed weapons?
Do you think 10 gunshots, all fired after a suspect has already been disarmed and is no longer a threat, is a bit excessive? Not enough gunshots? Or the goldilocks level of just right number of gunshots?
No. For all the right reasons. For all the moral reasons. For all the sane reasons. For all the reasons that you wont admit make the two situations nothing alike. By the way a quick look and this guy has a one month old troll account. I went ahead and blocked it.
So all the people supporting this guy are changing their tune on Kyle Rittenhouse showing up armed to defend his community, right?
Right?
Oh yeah; I’m feeling all the cognitive disidence downvotes flowing in.
