I’m queer, married to a trans person, and my brother and his family is Anishinaabe. I think I might have a bit of experience in it too. And thinking “Americans don’t make good booze” isn’t bigotry, it’s nationalism. Saying “Gay people”, or “Indigenous people” don’t make good booze is bigotry.
Also, saying something like “American Whisky is water with an alcohol content” is also more of a personal opinion rather than an outright attack on any particular group.
