Located nearby to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon is filled with gems such as the Golden Wall trail. This loop takes you to several large red rock formations and hoodoos, including the Golden Wall, which rises above all else in the area. Generally moderate, getting close to the wall requires mild scrambling along a steep ridge.

Looking across at ‘The Golden Wall,’ a large fin/wall of hoodoos standing above a hillside comprised of smaller hoodoos to the left.

A distant view towards the Golden Wall, with a slight intrusion from a tree limb in the upper left of frame. A hillside filled with small eroded red rocks leads towards the hoodoos that rise underneath the large wall.

Looking over at one of the tall pillars nearby to the Golden Wall. A valley of crested hillsides in red leads endlessly away.
