“If you travel and see other cultures you will grow, duude!” Nope. If a donkey goes traveling, it doesn’t come back as a horse.

“Get married and make a family, you’ll become a better human being.” It depends. It’s not automatic.

“Get a hobby. It’ll make you better/peaceful/whatever.” An activity in itself doesn’t do anything to you. It’s how YOU approach anything that matters.
