due to the guitarist opening an insta account for our band i now have to maintain thataccount on this absolute hellscape of a platform.
being a long time fedinaut i will ditch it asap. we have both videos and photos to promote a band. i guess pixelfed is kind of a replacement for that? or is masto the real deal? which instances are good for alt music/bands?
Im in the same boat. I loathe meta products but only stay on because of band. There really isn’t anything else.
