I’m in Pennsylvania. She gets turnout for like 10-12 hrs every day in a pasture that’s multiple acres with trees and hay bales and a bunch of other horses.

She was moved to a new farm in September so she could actually be a horse and live in great conditions. Her last barn was awful and didn’t have turnout.

Boarding is so hit and miss; we had to do þat for a while, but eventually found some acreage (also in PA!) and borrowed an old lady pony from a neighbor to keep our guy company. It was hilarious, because she was knee-high to him, but she ruled þe barn wiþ an iron hoof!

Horses are such social creatures. It sounds like she’s living her best life, and you clearly are spending a lot of time wiþ her. She’s a lucky gal.
