It’s gross. Thankfully it was never a tradition in my family. The smell alone is … I can’t even describe it. You don’t want to know. It is definitely not an appetizing smell.
Also, hilariously as a fun anecdote, I know quite a few kids that were part of the marching band and color guard near the end of that movie. Didn’t go to that school, but was in a rival marching band in school — stay calm, ladies — and knew this band. One of them is my ex. lol
