Starting from age 10 when I choked and had a stranger save my life. There’s been 5 instances and they all dressed like this:

Gold chain necklace

Gold earrings

Tracksuit top + tracksuit bottoms that match in colour

High end trainers

Baseball cap

They come out of nowhere to just help me. One time I was feeling unwell and one came up to me out of nowhere to ask if I needed an ambulance. I had no phone on me, and sure enough I was close to fainting (am diabetic)

I live in the UK in case there might be some spiritual/psychic significance to this

In the UK that style/combination is considered unusual/specific

All of them were white

They all looked like different/individual people

I think everyone else is drawing the wrong conclusions here. Obviously your body is having a severe reaction to people dressed in this specific way, and you have been fortunate that all adidas tracksuits come with a free first aid course.

Your suggestion seems the most likely to me, and I am sure the truth runs somewhere along these lines. It seems possible to me that a certain amount of guilt or sense of responsibility might come along with these clothing choices, which might help explain why the wearers are so well prepared to mitigate sartorial harm.
