It’s been a minute but every place I have worked that had tickets had a weekly round table meeting to cover the ones you have had open for more than a week.
Back when I was in it someone pointed out that I will avoid doing a tedious task so hard that I will spend days or weeks automating something instead of just doing it.
Maybe if y’all would actually close tickets once an eon we wouldn’t skip it. I left IT because it was full of some of the laziest SOBs in existence
