She’s a good manager, always on top of the organization’s needs and priorities, as long as they are defined as whether she needs food or is owed skritches.

    Well of course she would be, having to keep on top of an employee who is constantly slacking off with providing treats and skritches.

    You will need to step up your game or you will be put on a purrformance improvement plan.
