At most the school could have offered you Urdu instead of Hindi
You know, I never thought of it that way, probably would have made the transition back to Arabic easier too, when I moved back to my country.

Whoever invented Piggybacks, should carry the sins of their predecessor on his back to hell.

What does Larp mean here?

I lived in India(in what at the time, was called Hyderabad) for a while, as a foreign Arab. Most of the curriculum was in English, with both Telugu(the official language) and Hindu language subjects. I hated it.
Coming from an Arab country where the most English we were taught was the ABCs, and then being told I had to juggle 3 entirely new language. I wasn’t even exempt from it. I would alternative from getting 61 out 75 in a hindui exam to falling the class, depending on if the teacher let’s me cheat.
I couldn’t even tell you what letters I was writing, I just drew them as a I saw them. My dad even forced me to watch Hindi cartoons in the hopes I will magically pick it up. For a while, I even had a Telugu teacher teaching me the alphabets. None of it stuck.
Honestly that period of my life was really damaging. I left India with full English and not a hint of Arabic. Coming back to the Arab world, to even get to the point of conversing with people again took years, and I still don’t know how to read or write beyond a first graders level. Reading still gives me a headache.
I feel you. I keep discovering (or rather admitting) that I have issue, not just ADHD, and it feels failure on my part that I didn’t treat those before entering adulthood.
I have also started meds for three weeks now but other than hunger, haven’t seen much difference.

Same honestly, and I wish that the street felt safe for people and not choking with parked and moving cars.
Also, more bigger buses.

Isn’t dangerous to take medication with stuff other than water, especially other drugs?

I drink cuz of bored and cuz I get sick of tea. Juice isn’t really a viable regular drink here.

But I am worried about caffeine withdrawnls and if that miss with the medication. Maybe I should have sorted my addiction first before starting meds?
I was gonna wait regardless thought and haven’t had coffee for 3 days now.

I do have to ask, why do ppl drink decaf at all? Like i don’t even like the taste of coffee.
My problem is the opposite. I think I need 2 hours for stuff that needs 15 min
ppl always bemoan how gluttonous pets are but humans are just as bad. Do you really think that you eat at the exact minute everyday? Or that you eat exactly three meals a day everyday?

Sure There are for all three but depending on the system that can change too and most of them can be grouped together. If this is something that interests you, i would suggest you pick two systems and try them out. Really thought this is more a manifestation of my anxiety than anything practical, i have been stuck writing and rewriting systems for a week. I still think there is value in making a brief system for one or two parts of your life
tools and places for messing around; special partitions, virtual machines and new OSs on other ssd
book tracking, review site, forums for discussing/recommendation/book clubs/ebook readers, ways to sync and where to get books
where to watch, tracker for show and movies, review site, forums
essentially what data you want to protect and from whom and tools you use
what social medias do you use and where do you spend your time, what communities are you looking for online and which are available offline, support systems, both online and offline
tools for sharing stuff and what not to share, collaboration tools
was exposed to CSAM for the second in time in my life a few weeks back and decided i need the tools to report it, that’s not really something talked about much when it comes to online safely
what changes can you make around you that would cost you a little more (i.e better shaving tools, changing the shower head if its too short, using smaller spoons for measuring) that would make your life easier. Its note really a system, think of it more of a List of proposed changes
most of us use multiple social media accounts and have different identities(i.e what to share) for each one. there is also the question which accounts to link if thats something you want
here is a Template i came up with
Name System
-Toolbox
-Ideas List
-work flow(for something like steps for backups)
-check list(can have recurring task e.g backups)
-communities

I been having the ocds lately. I keep wanting to catalogue everything i have from Digital to Physical
even came up with the idea that everything, objects and actions, can categories into systems:
And you can further group and fuse systems but keeping a record of your every breath is its own hell.
I never let my drawers get cluttered though, unlike my mom. I even go through it with her to organize and de-clutter(for context: this specific drawer doesn’t contain clothes or her own personal stuff, like screw drivers, hammers, blood glucose meters, first-aid stuff, balance meters etc, making it a mini-storage unit of the house). I even label my own drawers.

Came here to say, this is a day old account, so probably a bot.

then their is that third language in whatsapp, where they use english and numbers to spell out Arabic words

I think they were all the US
- Group of students were holding a protest which involved stepping on the flag of the United States.

This question kinda of erks me, cuz this a geographical specific question. Most of the world technological progress was slower than the US and adjacent countries, especially in developing countries, so by the time everyone their internet, we still had those old CRT TV and flat screen were for the ultra rich.
About the looking about stuff, even tho I was born in 2000s, we didn’t have internet/a home PC until 2013, before then you would either ask a teacher or a family member who specialise in that field, if its not your parent first. Contrary to popular, library are not that common outside the US and mainly in Universities. Really, this how most ppl are the world looked up stuff, just us around.
It really sounds like the voice in my head calling me lazy, like bro, is this the best you can do?
